We are pleased to introduce Nenad Keseric as GreenScale’s new Managing Director Norway, leading the project at Tonstad DataPark.
Nenad joins the GreenScale team with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale operational and infrastructure projects across Norway and internationally. His background spans renewable energy, critical infrastructure, and operational development, including senior leadership roles at several of the Nordic’s leading energy and infrastructure companies, including Hydro Rein, Statnett, Equinor, Statkraft, and Ocean Sun.
Nenad lives near the Oslo Fjord with his family and will regularly travel to Tonstad to work closely with local businesses, organisations, and members of the community throughout the continued development of the project. A key part of his role will be to continue supporting open communication and answering questions as the project progresses, while working closely with the municipality to ensure that Tonstad DataPark creates a lasting positive impact for the region.
Outside of work, Nenad feels most at home in the Norwegian outdoors. Whether skiing through the winter months, hiking in the mountains, or preparing fresh fish and healthy meals by the fjord, he has a deep appreciation for the natural landscapes that define this part of the world, nowhere more so than in Sirdal. That connection to place matters to him, and will shape the way he approaches his work at Tonstad.

“I’ve worked on infrastructure and energy projects across Norway for many years, but what has always mattered most to me are the people and communities behind them. Tonstad is a special place, and I’m really looking forward to spending time there, getting to know people, and becoming part of the community over time. My door will always be open for conversations, questions, and honest discussions as the project moves forward.”
Having Nenad join the team is part of GreenScale’s commitment to being present locally, building strong relationships in the community, and maintaining open and accessible communication throughout the project.
If you would like to meet Nenad, he will be present at GreenScale’s upcoming community information meeting. Following the event, regular office hours will also be announced, to provide an ongoing opportunity to meet with Nenad, ask questions, and stay informed as the project progresses.
We are excited to welcome Nenad to the team as we enter the next chapter in the development of Tonstad DataPark.
